ABOUT THE PAGEANT
The Miss Chesterfield Scholarship Pageant is a preliminary to the Miss Virginia Scholarship Pageant. Miss Virginia goes on to compete for the title of Miss America.
The Miss America Organization is one of the nation's leading achievement programs and the world's largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women. Last year, the Miss America Organization and its state and local organizations made available more than $45 million in cash and scholarship assistance.
The Miss America Organization has partnered with Children’s Miracle Network to raise funds and awareness for children’s hospitals throughout the United States. It’s just another way the Miss America Organization helps young women leave a legacy of service, scholarship and support.
